Proposed initiative

Who Is Preparing the Teacher for an AI-Driven Future?

AI-Ready Teachers Ghana is a proposed national responsible AI competency and professional-practice initiative designed to explore how Ghanaian teachers can develop, demonstrate and verify the professional judgement required to use artificial intelligence safely, critically and effectively.

The Model

Seven stages from awareness to evidence

Each stage produces something a partner can inspect: a baseline, a capability, an assessed judgement, a verified record, a classroom practice and a measured change.
  1. 01

    Diagnose

    Understand current AI readiness.

  2. 02

    Develop

    Build practical Ghana-contextualised capability.

  3. 03

    Apply

Use competency in realistic professional situations.

  4. 04

    Assess

    Demonstrate professional judgement.

  5. 05

    Verify

    Create trusted professional evidence.

  6. 06

    Practise

    Apply it consistently in teaching.

  7. 07

    Measure

Determine what changed and what is required for scale.
