Raise a concern
Use the contact pathway for complaints, safeguarding concerns, data-protection requests, assessment appeals or suspected fraud. Concerns involving the safety of a child should also be reported to the appropriate school leadership and authorities.

Institutional Data Governance
Institutional data governance
- Institutional reporting is anonymised and aggregated according to agreed programme permissions and data-governance rules
- Individual teacher records are shared with an institution only where the programme agreement and teacher consent permit
- Data minimisation: we collect only what a programme needs
- FutureTeacher institutional indicators can be securely exported or integrated with approved existing education-sector monitoring systems where institutional agreements permit
- No integration with NTC, GES or other systems is operated without formal authorisation
